General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Crown-Club Kennel

2. Subject matter of the contract
Crown Club Kennel offers Rottweilers from hobby breeding. This is a non-commercial sale. Only currently available dogs are available for sale. Reservations for possible future litters are not possible.

 

3. Prices & Payment
Prices for dogs are negotiated individually. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash upon pickup. PayPal is also accepted as a payment method. A deposit is required to reserve a dog. A dog is only reserved after receipt of payment. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon pickup. If the buyer requires transport, the full purchase price must be received by Crown-Club Kennel before the dog is handed over to the transport company.

 

4. Delivery & Collection
Crown-Club Kennel does not offer delivery. Pickup is available locally. Upon request, the buyer can receive assistance in finding a suitable transport provider. However, the responsibility for transport remains with the buyer.

 

5. Withdrawal & Cancellation
Cancellation of the purchase is only possible if the dog cannot be delivered or if the dog's current condition no longer corresponds to the condition at the time of reservation. In this case, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.

 

6. Liability & Warranty
After the handover, Crown-Club Kennel assumes no liability for the dog's illness. The purchase price will not be refunded in such cases. Should the dog become ill before handover to Crown-Club Kennel, the kennel will cover the treatment costs until full recovery. If the dog cannot fully recover, the purchase price will be fully refunded.

No guarantee or warranty is given for genetic or congenital diseases. Returning the dog is excluded.

 

7. Retention of title
The dog remains the property of Crown-Club Kennel until full payment is made.

 

8. Data protection
Crown-Club Kennel does not store any personal data of buyers.

 

9. Miscellaneous
There are no other special conditions or regulations for buyers.
