Dog Transport – We Help You Find the Right Transport Solution
If, due to work or other personal circumstances, you are unable to pick up your dog in person, we are happy to assist you with coordinating the transport process.

Transport Procedure
Price and Reservation
The approximate transport costs are listed on our website below (the price will not exceed these amounts).
Once the dog has been fully paid for, it is officially reserved for you.
Only after receiving your deposit will we book a transport slot with the carrier.
Scheduling a Date
The transport company will propose a delivery date.
Once the buyer agrees to the proposed date, the transport slot for your dog is booked.
Full Payment Requirement
The full purchase price of the dog must be paid before the transport begins.
Please note: We act solely as an intermediary; the buyer is contracting the transport service directly.
Without full payment of the agreed purchase price, the dog will not be handed over to the transporter!
Photos and Communication
When the dog is handed over to the transporter, we will send the buyer photos and videos of the dog.
We will remain in contact with the buyer and transporter throughout the entire journey.
Buyer's Availability
The transport company requires all relevant contact information from the buyer, including a phone number where the buyer can be reached at all times.
The transporter will contact you shortly before the scheduled delivery.
Due to possible delays from traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, the dog might arrive at a later hour.
The buyer agrees to remain reachable via phone on the delivery day to ensure a smooth handover.
Transport Costs Overview
Transport costs vary depending on destination and transport method. Here is an overview of estimated prices:

Discount for Two Dogs Delivered to One Address
If two dogs are transported to the same address, transport costs may be slightly reduced through combined delivery.
This will be arranged with you on an individual basis.
Please note that prices may vary depending on destination and the transport company.
You will receive all necessary information in advance, allowing you to make an informed decision.
